It got me thinking again about the people who find Christmas difficult for various reasons, and how tapping along with a recorded EFT session would be helpful.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;ve visited YouTube and dug a few out that might be relevant for this time of year.<\/p>\n<p>This first one is by Brad Yates. This one is for any time of the year. It&#8217;s a morning mini-meditation for releasing and clearing stress. For this one you will need to be familiar with the tapping points.
