Remember that you&#8217;re looking for knuckle bones and marrow bones for nutrition and meaty bones for flavour. They may be labelled as soup bones or beef bones. If you can&#8217;t find other suitable bones, cannon bones for dogs are a good source of knuckle and marrow bones. You will need the butcher to chop it up for you.<\/p>\n<p>Or try some of the online meat sellers like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meatdirect.co.nz\/shop\/product\/beef-bones-\/5225\/5\" target=\"_blank\">Meat Direct<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your local health or organic store<\/strong> is a good place to look for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic meats and produce<\/li>\n<li>Supplements (refer to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frot.co.nz\/design\/gapsnz\/gaps-lifestyle\/supplements\/\" target=\"_blank\">Supplements<\/a> page for brands) such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Probiotics<\/li>\n<li>Digestive aids<\/li>\n<li>Fish oils<\/li>\n<li>Nut and seed oils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Online stores<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are a number of butcheries online including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meatdirect.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Meat Direct<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prestonsmasterbutchers.co.nz\/prestons-online-shop\" target=\"_blank\">Prestons<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenmeadowsbeef.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">GreenMeadows<\/a> and more<\/li>\n<li>Online pharmacies such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netpharmacy.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">NetPharmacy<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmacydirect.co.nz\/\" target=\"_blank\">PharmacyDirect<\/a> stock supplements such as digestive aids, the fish oils, and nut and seed oils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Enema kits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some people have asked about where to buy an enema kit, if needed during the Intro.
