So I&#8217;ve been\u00a0searching\u00a0for chilled soups for our daily dose of GAPS stock. I&#8217;m especially looking for red and green soups that would be nice for Xmas Day.\u00a0I haven&#8217;t actually made any of these yet, but\u00a0hopefully\u00a0will get away from the computer for some recipe testing over the weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Borscht:<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Make Dr Natasha&#8217;s\u00a0borscht\u00a0recipe from the GAPS book. Let it go cold. Puree or keep it chunky &#8211; your choice. Chill.
