I&#8217;m sharing it here, so I can find it again when I want to try it.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s an almond flour bread with psyllium husks, nutritional yeast, active yeast and egg whites.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re in the early stages of GAPS, you might not be able to tolerate the psyllium, but later on you may be able to.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Live Event!
