I think these were the quantities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">About a cup or so of nuts: tamari roasted almonds and cashews,\u00a0pistachios<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">About a tsp ground cumin seed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">About\u00a0a tsp of curry powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Zizz in mini food processor till it resembles bread crumbs. Keep in a jar in the\u00a0cupboard, and use to spice up your sauerkraut salad.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">To make it fully GAPs or WAPF, it would be better to use your own <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/editor.nourishedmagazine.com.au\/articles\/crispy-nuts\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">&#8220;crispy&#8221; nuts<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">.
