Bake for 10 minutes at 200C. Drain off any surplus liquid. Spread with plain tomato paste. Top with a generous layer of vegetables (eg. mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant or the pepper mix). Sprinkle a handful of tasty cheese over the top.
