For each Tbs of juice, add :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">a little sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Shake or blend well together. Store in the fridge, but take out 10 mins or so before using, as it will have solidified a bit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Garlic dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Add one clove crushed garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Herb dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Add some fresh or dried herbs. Preferably make a bit ahead of time, to let the flavours of the herbs mix with the other ingredients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Light Coleslaw dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Add a sprinkle of paprika. Makes a nice, light alternative to a mayo dressing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Avocado dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">If you find olive oil too strong, replace the olive oil with avocado oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Flaxseed dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Replace up to \u00bd of the olive oil with flaxseed oil. Note that with a whole food diet, less omega 6 oils are eaten so less omega 3 is needed. Don\u2019t use more than 1 tsp per person per day of flax oil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Walnut dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Replace the olive oil with walnut oil and add a few walnuts. Blend. Use as an alternative dressing for the mini Waldorf salad, with chunks of apple and celery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Garlic feta dressing:\u00a0This version is nice on a Greek salad of tomato, cucumber, red onion and olives. Beat till thick:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">5 Tbs lemon juice<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">10 Tbs olive oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">pinch sea salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 clove garlic, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Add &amp; beat till creamy again:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">100gms feta, crumbled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juice 1-2 lemons and place into a jar or mini blender.
