If you can tolerate gluten, you can use that recipe, but reduce the flour by 4 Tbs. Then add 4 Tbs cocoa to the second stage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4 oz butter<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bd cup whole yoghurt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 cup gluten free whole grain flour (eg. Amaranth, buckwheat, brown rice or a combination)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00be cup rapadura (aim to reduce this to \u00bd cup over time)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4 Tbs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naturefoods.co.nz\/other-foods\/cacao-products\">cocoa<\/a>, sifted<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 tsp vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bc tsp sea salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bc cup arrowroot<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 1\/4 cups \u201ccrispy\u201d peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Cream the butter, then add the yoghurt and flour (but not the arrowroot) and mix well. Cover and leave at room temperature for 12-24 hours. Beat flour mix with rapadura, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naturefoods.co.nz\/other-foods\/cacao-products\">cocoa<\/a>, vanilla essence and sea salt till smooth. Add arrowroot, and beat again till smooth. Add peanuts and mix. Drop spoonfuls into a lined tray. Bake at 175C (350F) for about 20 mins.
