From
Gary's Craig's manual and videos, or other websites
Most
people come across EFT on the internet where there is a lot
of information about how to use EFT. They usually get started
with the "shortcut method".
This
gives you enough information to start experimenting with EFT
on small day to day issues.
Some
people prefer to learn things from a person face to face, and
one on one.
Or,
if you have used EFT quite a bit, you may get to a point where
you feel you could use some help with some deeper or more complex
issues. Then it's time to find an EFT
practitioner.
Others
prefer to learn in a workshop situation.
There
may be someone teaching an EFT workshop in your area. Click
here to see a list of upcoming workshops in New Zealand.
- A
Level One workshop will give
you a good grounding in how to apply EFT to yourself
- Level
Two

- Level

is for people who have been using EFT with clients for a while,
to practice advanced techniques, and to share resources and
learning experiences with other practitioners
At
some stage in your learning process, you'll want to become acquainted
with the amazing resource that is
Gary Craig's
website. This site has a detailed EFT manual which can be downloaded
free, articles, case histories, and more. You can sign up for
a free newsletter. Here are direct links to a few of the useful

One
of Gary's most valuable resources was his video training sets.
Although these are no longer available new, if you find someone
who owns them , they may copy them for you.
Another
good website is Gwenn Bonnell's website, Tap
Into Heaven, which
has lots of interesting information about EFT and other energy
techniques. She also moderates a Yahoo group at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/TapIntoHeaven/
and sends out a regular newsletter. Gwenn has developed a series
of tools to help you get you started, which can be purchased
at the following links:
Paul
and Layne Cutright are Relationship Counsellors who integrate
EFT into their practice. They have a wide range of resources
for improving relationships, some including the use of EFT,
some not. Check
out their website here.
