We like it for breakfast or dessert after dinner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">It can be served hot or cold.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Grease a glass pie plate, and cover with a layer of frozen blackberries, or other berries of your choice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Beat together:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4 eggs<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4 Tbs (2oz) melted butter or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naturefoods.co.nz\/nutritional-oils\/coconut-oils\">coconut oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2-5 Tbs honey or unrefined sugar (depending on how sweet you like things)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 tsp vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Mix together and add:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup sifted coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp baking powder or baking soda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">Spoon over the berries, smooth out, and bake for 30-40 mins at 180C. By the time it fully sets, it can be quite brown, so be careful not to burn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Variation: Add some grated apple to the topping before spooning over.
