Or for grain-free, use dessicated coconut)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bd to \u00be cup sultanas or raisins (or other chopped, dried fruit)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bd cup shredded coconut or coconut chips<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 tsp vanilla essence (extract)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bd tsp mixed spice or cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a saucepan. Simmer for about 20 minutes, till the coconut cream has been absorbed and the pudding is the thickness you like.
