Ordering information

The shopping cart system is to make things easier for you, but sometimes things don't go smoothly. We've answered a lot of your questions about how to use the system below. But if it still doesn't work out, just send us an email with your order and daytime delivery address.

To compile your order

Add items to your shopping basket in the usual way.

Use the menu at the top, or the back button on your browser, to continue shopping

Quantities can be increased in the shopping basket window

Look at your shopping basket now

 

Checkout

If you are a new customer, you have two choices at this point.

If you create an account for yourself, this means you won't
have to re-enter all your info next time you order.

Or you can order without creating an account, which works just fine too.

If you're a returning customer and created an account last time, go ahead and log in.

Or you still have the option to order without creating an account.

 

 

Freight

Free pickup is available from 12 Queens Drive, Kilbirnie, Wellington

NZ Post - to PO Box or RD addresses - $5

Courier to all other addresses - $5

 

 

Payment options

Payments can be made by:

Cash on pickup

Internet or bank deposit

Cheque

Credit card via Paypal, by request (for orders over $100)

(The default payment method is Internet deposit.
If you want to pay by cash, cheque or credit card,
make a note in the Comments box)

 

Order confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an automated email
confirming your order has been placed successfully,
and advising the bank account for payment.

 

Despatch

We will send your order on the first despatch day after seeing your payment.

Our despatch days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Mostly we use signature required courier, so a daytime address is best.

But for PO Box or Rural, we usually use NZ Post.

 

Pick up

Pick up is available from 12 Queens Drive, Kilbirnie, Wellington

Wednesday afternoon or evening is a good time for us.

But weekdays between 11am and 7pm,
and Saturdays between 11am and 5pm are usually fine too.

Just let us know when you're coming, so we can confirm we'll be here.
