Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class, especially if you’re coming for the first time.
TUESDAY ~ 2pm ~ weekly

- Your house via Zoom (email me for the link)
- We have a time limit of 40 minutes, so please be already warmed up, and ready to start spinning
- Cost: Sliding scale $10-15 waged, $5-10 seniors or unwaged
- First class of the month is Beginner level, rest of the month Open:

- Cost: FOC first time, $10 waged, $5 (or koha) seniors or unwaged
