I just came across this on Youtube and it sounds amazing. I’m sharing it here, so I can find it again when I want to try it.
It’s an almond flour bread with psyllium husks, nutritional yeast, active yeast and egg whites.
If you’re in the early stages of GAPS, you might not be able to tolerate the psyllium, but later on you may be able to.
