Watermelon “slushy” (Serves 2)

This takes a bit of forward preparation but the actual making is close to instant. Chop and deseed your water melon. Even if pips don’t usually bother you, take the time to get rid of them for this recipe. Freeze 2 cups at a time.

When you’re feeling hot and in need of cold refreshment, take a container out of the freezer, zizz it up and serve straight away. Optional, add a sprig of mint, and serve with a straw.
