Nutritional Services

A first session is typically 1.5 to 2 hours, and may incur an additional $25 charge for reviewing your food diary beforehand.

The length of follow up sessions varies, depending on your needs.

Kinesiology

  • Muscle testing for food and other sensitivities
  • Energy treatments for reducing severity of sensitivities
  • Other Kinesiology  (Touch For Health, Reactive Muscle Balancing, Wellness Kinesiology, Allergy Antidotes)

A first session is typically 1.5 to 2 hours, and subsequent sessions 1 to 1.5 hours.

Self Help Techniques

These are techniques which you can learn to use yourself. Empowering you to do so is one of the aims of the sessions. These are typically 1.5 hours for the first session and 1 to 1.5 hours for later sessions.

  • Access Bars (R)
  • Reset  (To get the maximum benefit from Reset, 2 sessions within a two week period are recommended.)

Each session is around 1 hour.

Sessions available:

Mon – 4pm onwards
Tue – 11am
Wed – 11am
Thu – 4pm onwards
Fri – 11am, 4pm onwards
Sat – between 11am and 3pm start
Other times by arrangement.

Payment Methods

  • NZ payments by cash or internet deposit.
  • Outside NZ, or if you want to pay by Visa, are via Paypal (additional Paypal fees may apply).
